Looking at the plots I don't expect to see significant oxygen contamination (>200ppm); even visible the effect is not so big.

Profiles of the CDC amplitude vs time histograms.  Dec 2017 run is on the
left, Jan 2018 on the right.
The plots are amplitude for each time bin.
