Hi,

I cannot attend the meeting.   My updates are

1) at present the CDC appears to be fine.  We have 6 nonfunctional channels
- the 2 disconnected straws + 4 bad electronics channels

2) calibrations for the present run are making good progress (wire gains
are done, run-by-run gains and time to distance are up to date with the
calibration launches, I'll need to revisit time to distance and gains later
on to see if any of the other calibrations have moved and made further
improvements possible).

3) the CDC NIM paper was resubmitted on Jan 29.
