[Halld-tracking-hw] [EXTERNAL] Survey results and next meeting in 2 weeks / Dec 7

Hi,

The most recent DC surveys are attached.  :-)    It is great that we have
these so soon.  Thanks to Tim's group for fitting this into their schedule
and moving everything possible out of the way.

Since there would normally be a di-lepton meeting this week, I arranged
with Sean that di-lepton should move to next week, Nov 30, and then *Tracking
will be the week after next, Dec 7*.  So we keep the order but just delay
it by a week; otherwise, one group would not meet for a month, which seems
too long.  This way both groups have a 3-week gap and the other advantage
(for me) is that it will put Tracking and Calibration/Production onto
different weeks.

I hope this is ok with everyone, sorry for the google-calendar
alterations.  If any of us really need to meet next week we can arrange an
extra meeting at another time.
