[Halld-tracking-hw] glueX high current running

Hi All,

while compiling a list of run numbers with raw mode data at high current I
realized we have quite some more runs to look at for other studies as well
related to high current and additional foils in the beam.
So attached you find a list runs for different purpose studies. This list
of run numbers may be useful for your work as well.
