[Halld-tracking-hw] [EXTERNAL] No tracking meeting today

The analysis launch for the groundhog day geometry 
(ccdb_NewAlignment_020224.sqlite) REST files (monitoring ver50) is complete:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2017-01/analysis/ver68/

For fun, I used version_5.15.0.xml on AlmaLinux9 and it worked without 
issues. In first order, we can still use the same MC sample for our SDME 
studies, as the REST files were produced with version_4.24.0.xml as before.
