The plastic part samples should be here by June 16. With a quick
turnaround, they can have the final parts shipped by the end of June
(the entire batch takes 6 days to produce so a partial shipment will
not buy us much). We can have them shipped directly to you if that
helps? You can send some of the parts to JLAB to look over.<br>

All 3 plastic pieces are run in the same mold. They will make samples
again in a week or two. We can check them quickly and they will run the
production quantities. I will be surprised if this can all be done
before July.<br>
I will call them and see what we can do to speed this up.<br>

checked before we can start putting straws in and any headway we can

would be very helpful. We do not need the pin holders (which we
changed), but the other<br>

We are sending approx. 9000 crimp pins up your way today. We had
received them from Medelec last week. <br>
The ones we checked fit the plastic inserts very nicely. A little hard
threading the tungsten wire through, probably need 10x magnification or
something. <br>

The next batch of straws should also be your way by July. Maybe we
should send someone to Lamina to check instead of wasting the time for
them to send the samples to the US? <br>
The inner skin and support rings should be your way before the end of
