[Halld-trigger] Cancel: Trigger Working Group Meeting, Tomorrow Sep 17

Hi All,

I'm not aware of any agenda items for a meeting tomorrow as we've been tied up here at MIT with simulations for the PID upgrade document.  So I propose canceling tomorrow's meeting unless there are pressing items to discuss.  Since our next meeting is scheduled for the same week as the collaboration meeting, we can wait until then to hear updates from both Level 1 and Level 3.
