[Halld-trigger] L3 meeting on Friday

Hi L3 folks,

  This Friday, our normal L3 meeting is going to be usurped by an informal
review of high luminosity running with special emphasis on the L3 system.
I’ve been asked to give a brief (<30 min) presentation on the goals, status,
and potential issues with development of the L3 system in Hall-D. It would
be nice if the usual L3 meeting participants could attend to help answer any
questions. Bluejeans will be running using the normal meeting ID.

Due to this, we will defer any other presentations until the next L3 meeting.
