[Halld-trigger] L3 review prep meeting

Hi All,

  There is a follow-up L3 review scheduled for May 18 (14:00-17:00). We will have a meeting
next week on Thursday Apr. 13 at 15:00 to discuss where we are regarding high intensity running
and what preparations are needed for the review. A meeting page has been set up here:
