[Halld-unique] Uniqueness meeting

Hi All,
we will meet tomorrow 9am ETZ to talk about Uniqueness tracking. We did not
have a meeting for quite some time. The agenda can be found here:

We will look at a new MakeDSelector branch that allows for easy loop 
over the combos
more than once and retaining statistical information about the 
individual events.
