[Halld] Offline Data Monitoring

For the offline data monitoring, we are re-running the monitoring plugins on the experimental data every week on Friday.  This allows us to monitor how the detector-experts' changes to the code and calibration constants affect the reconstruction.  The current results from Kei, Sean, and Justin processing the data over the weekend are available at:

If you are a detector expert, please take a look at the histograms for your system and see if the latest results are what you were expecting (you can now select plot "version" number).  We can discuss details of the reconstruction at the calibration meeting on Wednesday.  If you plan to make any changes to your code, please check it in before 3pm on Friday so that your changes will be included in the next run.  Thanks.
