[Halld] Shifting of email lists

Dear Colleagues -

    as discussed at the collaboration meeting last week, we decided to make a push to move the more general
GlueX traffic to the list 

             halld at jlab.org

and reserve the gluex-collaboration list for specific collaboration business. The halld list automatically 
includes the gluex-collaboration list, but also allows for anyone interested in gluex activities to subscribe.

     As we move into the era of data taking, with first photons expected in the hall in two weeks, we
should make a concentrated effort to send our general updates to halld so that all who are interested
can share the excitement of starting the experiment.
