[Halld] COO/ESAD/RSAD Ready for Shift Worker's Signatures

Dear GlueX Collaborators,

In addition to the trainings outlined on our wiki page:

all shift workers are required to read and sign three important 
documents before taking any shifts:

These documents can be found in a binder on the shelf in the Hall D 
counting house's conference room. After reading these documents, please 
sign the signature page.
