[Halld] Shifts canceled until next Sunday (Apr. 12th)

Dear collaborators,
 
Repairs and adaptation of the cooling system to the 6 GeV run is proceeding as expected. A committee has been set-up to investigate the origin of the problems triggered by the power failure, in particular the origin of the contamination found in the cooling system. A recommendation of the committee is to verify the bellows in the North Linac for leaks that could have been at the origin of the contamination. This will be done today. It will postpone the recovery schedule by a day. Consequently, shifts are canceled until Sunday morning (April 12th), 8am.
