[Halld] Shifts canceled until next Monday (Apr. 13th)

Dear collaborators,

Following up on the accelerator repair/investigations: Some leaking bellows were found yesterday during the leak checks of the accelerator sub-atmospheric connections. Their repairs are ongoing and the leak checking is continuing. This is causing an additional day of delay before the machine is restored to operations. Consequently, shifts are now canceled until Monday morning (April 13th), 8am.
