[Halld] Shifts canceled until next Tuesday (Apr. 14th)

Dear collaborators,

There will be another day, possibly two, delay in the repairs of the accelerator cooling system. Shifts are now canceled until Tuesday morning (April
14th), 8am. The run coordination meeting of Friday is cancelled as well. Our next run coordination meeting will be Monday 13th.
