[Halld] Shifts start next Saturday (Apr. 20th)

Dear collaborators,

The 2K cooling of the accelerator is proceeding well. The injector will be set-up this evening and then the accelerator operation crew will start tuning the beam during the night. They anticipate 2 days of tuning before to be able to deliver beam to us. 

Shifts are on stand-by from Friday 19th, 8am to midnight (if you are on stand-by, please send your contact number to the PDL (zihlmann at jlab.org) and RC (deurpam at jlab.org).
Shifts will start Saturday 20th at 0am.

There is a request that Hall B runs alone this week end. If this happens, we will start running only on Monday. This is being discussed by management right now and I'll let you know as soon as possible if our start of run is postponed.
