[Halld] Start of shifts postponed to midnight

Dear collaborators,

The accelerator experts estimated that it is more efficient to first restore the Hall A setup and then Hall D. It is very unlikely that we will get beam today, consequently today's swing shift (Monday 20th) is on standby. We may get beam during the night but only if today's work proceeds very smoothly. So I'll check on the progress later this afternoon and send an update regarding whether or not the next owl shift is maintained. I apologize for these multiple emails and piecemeal information. One way to look at it is that we are indeed getting closer to get the beam.
