[Halld] Shift update

Dear collaborators,

Accelerator successfully tuned beam to Hall A yesterday. During the night, beam was delivered to both halls A and B. MCC decided to postponed setting up the Hall D beam to not jeopardize the A and B night operations. Our beam setup should occur today. The expectation is that we will get the beam in the tagger at the start of the swing shift, if everything proceeds smoothly. Today's day shift (Tuesday Apr. 21st) is on standby. The swing shift is maintained.
