[Halld] Shifts cancelled for tonight

Dear collaborators,

MCC has so far tuned the beam up to arc 9. Almost to our door. However, the beam is now down for several hours due to a power supply problem. Consequently, Todd Satogata, the Hall D CASA expert that has been working on our tuning for 15h straight went home to rest. Without his expertise, there is no chance to make progress tonight. Beam restoration to Hall D will restart tomorrow morning. The rest of the swing shift and the owl shifts are cancelled. Shifts restart tomorrow -Wednesday 22th- at 8am.
