[Halld] Short access tomorrow morning

Hi Alexandre,

We are concerned that the recently installed automatic system which 
turns on the scrolling LED signs over the Hall D entrance doors may not 
be functional at Solenoid high field, and we would like to check that 
the sign is still on.  It would probably be best if myself, Bobby Bunton 
or Keith Blackburn entered the Hall to verify the system's proper 
operation, or reapply local power to the sign as needed.  This activity 
would only take a few moments of time.  Thanks.
