[Halld] Offline monitoring results, 2015-03 ver11

Dear Collaborators,

The latest offline monitoring train left the station on Friday, August 7,
running over only the Spring 2015 data. The current version is
RunPeriod-2015-03 ver11.

Most jobs have finished successfully, and their results are available on
disk and the website.  A few problematic jobs are being resubmitted.  Kei
will give an updated at Wednesday's calibration meeting.

The REST files can be found at:
/volatile/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2015-03/ver11/REST
