[Halld] Schedule for the Fall 2015 run

Dear collaborators,

The accelerator is on track for delivering a 12.1 GeV beam to Hall D. The latest schedule indicates that the beam tuning into the tagger will start on Wednesday and usable beam to be expected on Thursday at 4pm. Consequently, all shifts are cancelled until Thursday 12/10, 4pm.

Please notice also that the accelerator will run until 12/21, 6am. The shift schedule was extended to cover the end of this period.
