[Halld] Hall D Safety Walkthrough Friday Feb 20 noon

Dear collaborators,

We will offer an opportunity to those that have not yet completed the 
Hall D Safety Walkthrough during the collaboration meeting at noon on 
Friday Feb 20. We anticipate that the hall will be open at that time, 
but last-minute changes may be necessary depending on the accelerator 
schedule. We will also specify the precise time once the collaboration 
meeting schedule firms up. Let me know if you need to take the class.
