[Halld] Run preparation meetings

Dear collaborators,

We will now have two meetings per week to discuss the Spring Run preparation. The first will be on Mondays at 8:30, and is intended to be a short status summary. The second will be on Thursdays at 8:45 and will go into more details on the preparation. The meetings will be in the counting house meeting room as usual.

The next meeting will be Thursday this week.
