[Halld] Warning -- Group Area QuotaTree 12gev_phys is nearing its quota

Folks,

Got another warning message today about our group disk. See below.

I've attached a usage report to this message. See if you can clean up 
unneeded files under /group/halld.

Note that the web space is in flux today (as you know), so I would not 
worry about files under the /group/halld/www directory for now. On the 
other hand most of the items in the report are not under that directory.
