[Halld] Log entry notification: HALLD Web and DB Server Status

No -   there was also a different password for the wiki, neither of these appear to work at the moment.

I also don’t see the correct front page when I go to the new wiki, the picture is missing …. but I assumed
that once I was able to login that this might be fixed.
