[Halld] data monitoring links down

If you need the plots in the meantime, the data are sitting (e.g. on the ifarm machines) at:

/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2015-03/ver09/

Where the plots are in the individual run folders, and the ROOT files are sitting in the “rootfiles” folder.
