[Halld] offline monitoring results 2014-10 ver17, 2015-03 ver07

Dear collaborators,

We had a double launch last Friday (June 5) that ran over both
the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 data.

The current versions are RunPeriod-2014-10 ver17 and
RunPeriod-2015-03 ver07. For both launches, results show
the full statistics of each run period. The results are in
the process of appearing on the webpages:
