[Halld] Power in Hall D

Hi All, 

Electrical power in the Hall is normalized. 

There are no more scheduled power outages in the Hall or Tagger for the near future. 

The humidity in the hall has been controlled since Friday afternoon. 

Check with Fernando before powering electronics. 

Contact Tom Carstens if you have plans to work in the hall.
