[Halld] Start of shifts postponed to tomorrow

Dear collaborators,

A vacuum failure in the accelerator has delayed the RF separator work. The scheduled RF tests are postponed to tomorrow. Consequently, all shifts are cancelled until tomorrow (Wed. March 11th) swing shift.
