[Halld] RSS feeds of log entries

Mark,

All of these rss feeds work in my favorite RSS readers except for the
logbook. Those fail to load. I guess it might have to do with the
complexities of connecting over https with BasicAuth. Has anyone else
gotten RSS feeds from the logbooks to work from offsite? If so, a little
howto would be great, esp. if it is done without relying on a proprietary
platform like an iphone app or mac safari.
