[Halld] Update and shift status for the week end

Dear collaborators,

Accelerator is still fighting its Beam Loss Monitor (BLM) problem. There is no clear estimate on when this will be fixed. In addition, it was stated that there is not enough manpower to support the RF separator commissioning this week end. Since Hall D does not have running priority, it means that we will most likely not have beam this week end, even if the BLM problem gets fixed. The chance that the BLM problem is fixed quickly and the RF separator commissioned before the week end is very slim. Consequently, all shifts are on standby until Monday, 8am. If you were supposed to fill these shifts please send your contact number(s) to Benedikt Zihlmann and me. Thank you.
