[Halld] Shifts on standby for the week end

Dear collaborators,

There has been no breakthrough so far with the accelerator problems. Beam is being sent to Halls A and B at the moment but there is little chance for any beam delivery to Hall D this week end. 

All shifts are on standby until Monday morning. If you have some of these shifts, please send me your contact number(s) as well as to the PDL, Benedikt Zihlmann and David Lawrence, who is taking over the RC duties.
