[Halld] Shifts on standby until Thursday, 4pm

Dear collaborators,

The accelerator site lost power today near 4pm. The power has now been recovered (at about 5:40pm for Hall D) and it seems that all the Hall D equipments went down safely. We will start to bring them back up tomorrow morning. Accelerator also needs to recover from the power failure. There will be no beam available until at least late afternoon tomorrow (Thursday 26th). Consequently, all shifts are on standby until tomorrow, 4pm.
