[Halld] JInventory

Hi Manuel,

Of cause you can try to do the full size upload to the test Database: 
SP_JInventory.

But, prior to make the final upload to the real Hall-D JInventory Database,
I think, all appropriate Hall-D staff and interested in it people should 
be informed
about this huge upload of completely new kind of items.

How about to make a presentation on some of Hall-D meetings?

P.S. I'm just a contractor. And decision about so huge update should be
