[Halld] Write Access for JInventory

Dear Jon,

Have we ever met?
Are you familiar with Hall-D JInventory DB?
Do you know how to add or modify DB entries?

Some information from Hall-D JInventory DB is currently uses for 
permanently running few Servers.
People who is using these Servers are very sensetive to any 
unwanted/unpredictable activities with JInventory DB.

Right now only a few people have write access to JInventory DB.
Next week Hall-D people will meet and discus some essential questions 
about JInventory DB:
1. Who will be responsible for the JInventory DB.
2. Who will maintain it in future.
3. Who will add new persons with write access to JInventory DB.
