[Halld] Thursday Run meeting canceled

Hi All,

  In consultation with others I have decided to cancel the Thursday Morning Run
meeting scheduled for tomorrow. The important updates are below. We will meet
next week when Alexandre is back in town.

  Solenoid update:  
     -Finished welding on siphon upgrade and in process of leak testing. 
     -Still on schedule for Dec. cool down

  Accelerator update: 
     -Problem stopped presenting after warming up cold box
     -Extended some stressed cabling inside cold box that could have been issue
     -Started closing up and will begin cool down to test soon
     -No feeling were shared on probability that this will have fixed the problem.
     -Should know more in few days after cool down completes
