[Halld] No Work in Hall D this weekend

Hi All, 

Due to the forecast for heavy rains this weekend, we are installing the flood gates on the hall d ramp and the the 2 doors. This impedes the emergency exits. 

As a result, there will be no work in Hall D after 3pm today until 6am Monday.
