Dear colleagues,

You must have noticed the message about the new CEBAF schedule for
2017.  There are significant changes with respect to the previous
schedule.

Hall D is now scheduled to run in the periods: Spring Jan 30 - Mar 22;
Fall Oct 2 - Dec 20. It makes 132 days in total.  The "low-intensity"
GlueX (E12-06-102) has at least 80 PAC days left, or 160 calendar
days. The remainder of 28 calendar days is supposed to be schduled
after 2017.

One should keep in mind the constraints for the schedule: in Spring
2017 the top priority will be given to the KPP (Key Performance
Parameters) demonstration of the halls B-C; the Fall 2017
implementation will depend on the multi-hall operation ability of the
accelerator. The Tritium target experiments in Hall A are pushed from
Spring to Fall.
