[Halld] Run update

Dear All,

   This a reminder that we will not have a Run Coordination meeting this morning. We will
have our next RC meeting on Friday morning at the usual time (8:45am).

  The accelerator has made good progress on repairing the magnet damaged in the incident
earlier in the week. They are replacing it with a spare and in some areas are ahead of 
schedule. They plan to start tuning beam for 3 hall operations tomorrow afternoon. As Alexandre 
mentioned earlier, we will resume shifts at 12 noon on Friday (tomorrow). Alexandre will be back to
take over as RC Friday morning.

  On a side note, the main entrance to JLab from Jefferson Ave. will be closed for about 2 months
starting Monday. You will need to enter via Hogan drive about 1 block north on Jefferson Ave.
(Look for the light with First Watch, Wawa, and Shell.)
