[Halld] Calibration processing plans

Hi all,

The current plan is to launch calibration jobs on the batch farm at 5 PM
JLab time on Wednesday.  Please let me know if you'd like any changes or
additions from what we've been running in the calibration challenge before
then.

The jobs will be launched over all of the "production runs".  This list is
currently defined by the @is_production flag in RCDB, as defined by the
search criteria listed at the end of this email. It's not clear that these
criteria cover all of the runs that people would like to look at for
calibrations, so please let me know if you have any additional input on
which runs to include.
