[Halld] Spring 16 preparation meeting

Dear collaborators,

This is a reminder that next week we will have a preparation meeting for the Spring 16 run. It will be Wed. 13th at 9:00am in F326. If you are not at JLab, you can join the meeting using Bluejean, please see the wiki page for the Spring 16 run at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Run_Coordination_Meetings:_Spring_2016_Run . 

During this meeting we would like the system experts to list what was achieved and what problems were encountered during the Fall 15 run, as well as what needs to be done for the preparation the Spring 16 run. We want also to list what will be the goals for the Spring 16 run. Finally, we will have a discussion about the solenoid. If you are in charge of one of the subsystems of Hall D, please come to the meeting with your list of achievements, problems, and goals (including preparation/goals for devices that were not used during the Spring run, such as the goniometer). You can also edit the meeting wiki page mentioned above to upload the information.
