[Halld] Accelerator and Hot Checkout

Dear All,

  The accelerator has made very good progress over the last 24hrs tuning the
beam through both the north and south linacs. They will be tuning multi-pass
beam over the next few days. That is the good news.

The bad news is that our Hot Checkout list is only at 6.1% “Ready”. As a reminder,
the accelerator looks at this as an indicator that we are ready to take beam into
Hall-D. If you are a responsible for anything on the Hot Checkout list, please try
and take care of that today. There is a possibility they will be ready to bring beam to 
Hall-D on Monday for FFB studies so we want to make sure we’re ready.
