[Halld] realism injected into schedule, next run planning meeting Monday

Folks,

Work on restoring the machine is going well. The schedule has not 
slipped in any significant way as of this morning. However, the PD has 
posted a new schedule on the Whiteboard that is thought to be more 
realistic than the previous one. The new schedule shows beam delivery to 
Hall D on Monday, day shift.

Shifts are now canceled through Saturday, March 26. Shifts are on 
standby Sunday, March 27.

There is no plan for a run planning meeting this weekend at present. The 
next scheduled meeting is Monday, March 28, at 8:45 am in the counting 
house and on BlueJeans.
