[Halld] GlueX Physics Workshop Requirements

If you are attending the GlueX physics workshop (either on-site or remotely):

In order to participate, be sure to bring a laptop with you that has at least 4GB of RAM and 20GB of free hard disk space, for the virtual machine.  Please be sure to also download a new version of VirtualBox to run the virtual machine (link on wiki page).  We will post a link to the VM when it’s available.  

Also, please be aware that while having a JLab computing account is not required for this workshop, it is RECOMMENDED in order to fully participate in the exercises involving the JLab batch queues on the final day of the workshop. The physics analysis exercises on the first two days will not require a JLab account.
