[Halld] Coordination meetings

Dear GlueX collaborators,

The next Run Coordination meeting will be tomorrow (Thur. Nov. 3rd) at 8:45am. For those at JLab, the meeting will exceptionally be in F326 (A110 is unavailable due to a collaboration meeting).

Next week, we will start meeting daily at 8:45 in A110. Tentatively, the meetings will be moved to the Hall D conference room (Hall D counting house) starting Nov. 14th, when we expect the beam to become available.
