[Halld] Beam operation delayed. Update on shifts

Dear Collaborators,

The repair and recovery from the vacuum failure last week has taken a little longer than anticipated, but has been successful. In addition, accelerator has relaxed a bit its initially rather aggressive plan for beam tuning and RF separator commissioning. Beam operation for Hall D is now planed to start late Friday (18th) or early Saturday (19th). 

Shifts are cancelled until Thursday 8am. Thursday day and swing shifts, as well as the Friday owl shift, are now on standby. Regular shifts start Friday 18th at 8am. 

Please remember that you need to be around JLab even if your shifts are on standby.

We plan to close the Tagger/Hall late Thursday, early Friday.
