[Halld] Solenoid Magnet at 1350A

Hi All, 

Just a reminder that the solenoid magnet is ramped to 1350A and there is a 5G field soon as you enter the Hall. Restrictions apply to those with medical implants or other relavent issues. The 600G boundary is marked.
