[Halld] Accelerator Status

Hall-D-ers,

  News from the accelerator is that it is basically no further ahead than at this point yesterday.
There wer able to get beam through arc 5 at one point, but then discovered some harp calibrations
were incorrect that caused them to back out all the way to arc 2. The most optimistic scenario
would be to have beam in the tagger hall owl shift tonight, but that seems very unlikely.
Hall-B was told not to expect any beam before Monday.

  As such, shifts are cancelled for today and will remain on standby beginning with owl shift tonight.
(Reinhard can you take care of that please?) We will find out more at the accelerator meeting Sunday
morning.
